Aligning Rhythms. Guiding Change

One question across every setting

Dr. Mason has worked across traditional healthcare, behavioral sleep medicine, research, digital health, program development, human performance, professional education, and entrepreneurship. The settings changed. The question did not:

How do we translate what we know about sleep and behavior into changes people can actually make, and systems that help them make those changes?

Beyond the CV

When I'm not thinking about sleep and behavior, I'm usually planning a trip, skiing, scuba diving, hiking, adding another plant to the collection, or spending time with dogs. I've traveled independently to nearly 50 countries, and curiosity about how people live, work, adapt, and change tends to follow me home.
